She also represents foreign nationals injured in Scotland, helping them understand their rights under Scottish law while coordinating with legal teams in their home country where needed. 

Rona was the lead solicitor in the internationally significant case Colin Mather v EasyJet Airline Company Ltd & DRK Hamburg Mediservice gGmbH, where the Inner House of the Court of Session clarified an important point of aviation law regarding when an airline is responsible for the actions of personnel assisting passengers. This judgment strengthened protections for passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility and has shaped how similar cases are approached.
