Sally-Jean qualified as a lawyer in 1990, having completed her training at Clyde & Co. She joined Leigh Day in 1992.
Sally-Jean is a Partner in Leigh Day’s Clinical Negligence department. She has over 25 years’ experience working exclusively for claimants in clinical negligence cases. She acts for claimants in cases resulting in brain damage, severe disabilities or death in adults and children arising from negligent obstetric, paediatric, surgical, A & E and cardiac treatment and in case of delay in diagnosis and treatment of cancer. She is also involved in inquiry work, including inquests and post settlement work.
Sally-Jean is a member of the Law Society's Clinical Negligence Accreditation Panel, AvMA Specialist Clinical Negligence Referral Panel and an accredited APIL Senior Litigator.
