About Simon Parford

I am a Partner and former Head of the Clinical Negligence Department of Wolferstans Solicitors. I specialise in complex, high value brain injury claims. I have particular expertise in acting for children and young adults who have cerebral palsy. I have been with Wolferstans since 1981 and have worked in this field for over 30 years.

I am committed to doing everything I can to improve the quality of life of patients who have been seriously injured as a result of negligence medical treatment.

I have been recognised as a leading clinical negligence lawyer for many years by both the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners guides to the Legal Profession. I am a Director and trustee of both Headway Plymouth and the Chestnut Appeal, two local charities respectively promoting awareness of and helping the victims of acquired brain injury and prostate cancer.
