About Stephanie Clark

I am a Solicitor in the Military Injury Claims team at Irwin Mitchell. I represent injured members of the Armed Forces and veterans who have suffered severe injuries on and off duty. This can involve accidents that take place on training exercises, road traffic accidents and post-service workplace accidents. 

I specialise in helping soldiers who have suffered traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, other serious orthopaedic injuries as well as heat injuries and psychiatric injuries. I also have a wealth of experience in representing families of those who have lost loved ones in the military, by representing them at Inquests and in any subsequent fatal accident claim.

I work closely with Andrew Buckham who has been accredited as a Senior Litigator and Military Injury Specialist.  

I am passionate about representing service personnel and their families, and to that end I will always seek to achieve the best possible result whether that is getting answers as to what happened to their loved one or ensuring that we establish a form of rehabilitation or treatment early on. Regardless of how a civil claim progresses, I will ensure that my clients are provided with sound advice and are kept updated throughout its lifetime.
