I help the victims of catastrophic accidents to recover compensation. Many of my clients have serious brain injuries, spinal cord injuries or amputations. I also help families to recover damages after fatal accidents.
When I first meet a client and their family, it is normally at a time when the most devastating event has occurred, and when things can seem hopeless.
It is my job to make sure that the injured person and their family get support through the claims process, rehabilitation and interim payments. I also ensure that the final award not only compensates them for what they have lost, but also delivers a good quality of life for the future.
