I qualified as a solicitor in 2009, and on qualification specialised in Claimant clinical negligence matters dealing with a broad spectrum of cases including gynaecology, obstetric, infection, orthopaedic, cardiology, delay in diagnosis, GP negligence and other areas. My highest case settlement was £600,000.00 for a delay in diagnosis and treatment of an infection following a total knee replacement. I also was the assisting solicitor on a cerebral palsy claim which settled for 7 million.
In March 2020 I gained accreditation as an APIL Senior Litigator and in February 2021 I obtained the Law Society Accreditation for Clinical Negligence work.
i joined Iacopi Palmer in August 2021 as a Clinical Negligence Solicitor and continue to handle a broad spectrum of cases, both litigated and non-litigated, although my case profile is centred around birth injury type cases including neonatal death, stillbirth, and brain injury at birth.
