About Tracy Tai

I am an Associate Solicitor in the Birthing Injury Team at Fletchers Solicitors, specialising in complex cases arising from obstetric negligence. My practice focuses on claims involving birth related injuries such as cerebral palsy, hypoxic brain injury, and other life changing conditions affecting mothers and babies. I also have extensive experience supporting families through cases of stillbirth and neonatal death, where sensitivity and expertise are essential.

Before joining Fletchers, I worked in the Medical Negligence team at Irwin Mitchell in Leeds. I bring a strong academic foundation with a Science degree prior to qualifying into law, which enhances my ability to analyse medical evidence and understand the clinical issues at the heart of my cases.
