Brighton solicitor defends justice in leading role

A Brighton solicitor has been elected to take on a top legal role for an organisation which campaigns for justice for injured people.

 

Sam Elsby will take on the role of vice president of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and help lead the 3,500-strong membership.

 

“I am delighted to be taking up the post of vice president at APIL,” said Sam. “My primary aim for this year is to support our new president to help the association achieve its aims. I am also looking forward to being even more involved in APIL’s championing of the rights of injured people.”

 

Sam Elsby is a consultant solicitor at Dean Wilson LLP specialising in personal injury and medical negligence claims. He is also a Court of Protection deputy providing help to clients who cannot manage their financial affairs.
