Suzanne is a Consultant Solicitor acting for clients via platform firms Setfords and Legal Studio Solicitors.
She has specialised in clinical negligence and serious injury claims for over 20 years.
Suzanne was previously an equity partner at Bolt Burdon Kemp, a leading firm in serious injury claims based in London, where she was head of the clinical negligence group, and later, head of a specialist adult brain injury group. She has specific expertise in complex claims involving serious brain injuries in adults and delays in diagnosis.

Suzanne is individually accredited with APIL as a Fellow. Having been on the Executive Committee since 2018, she held the role of Vice-President between 2022 and 2024. She re-joined the Executive Committee in July 2025.
Suzanne is a member of and an assessor for both the APIL clinical negligence and brain injury specialist accreditation schemes. She has worked on a number of responses to government consultations, including that on fixed costs for clinical negligence claims.
Suzanne is frequently invited to comment in both national media and legal publications.
