Consultant Respiratory Physician, Edinburgh
Dr Peter Reid trained in respiratory medicine in Belfast, London and Edinburgh. He was appointed as a consultant in Edinburgh in 2000 and his clinical work focused on the assessment and management of Occupational Lung Disease.
He has authored several major texts on respiratory and occupational lung diseases and contributed to national guideline statements.
He recently retired from his NHS practice but continues with medical-legal work.
