Liam Moloney is the Managing Partner of Moloney & Company Solicitors in Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland. He is a Personal Injury Law Specialist, with thirty years’ experience representing clients injured in traffic accidents, work accidents, travel related claims and injuries caused by medical negligence.
Liam has recently been elected as President of the Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers (PEOPIL) and is the first Irish lawyer to hold the position. With over 500 members from over 30 jurisdictions, its core objectives are to promote greater access to justice for injury victims and to enhance judicial co-operation in all European jurisdictions in the field of personal injury law.
Liam has a vast array of international connections. It is important to him to keep current and up to date with worldwide legal issues, while gaining specialist personal injury legal knowledge and expertise.
Liam is also a member of the Law Society of Ireland, Governor for Ireland and the United Kingdom of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), a member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association (D.S.B.A.) and the Kildare Solicitors Bar Association (KSBA)
Outside of work, Liam has a keen interest in playing hurling, running, gym, golf and watching all sports.
