Suzanne is the head of the clinical negligence department at Leigh Day and has successfully led the firm’s team of extremely experienced healthcare lawyers, maintaining their impressive and long-established track record of winning maximum compensation for patients, and providing high standards of client care.
Suzanne herself specialises in catastrophic injury work. Initially having trained as a radiographer before becoming a solicitor in 1999. Suzanne is an ardent patient rights’ campaigner, she is passionate about women’s rights in healthcare and has a specific interest in maternity care.
Suzanne is also on the APIL Executive Committee, she is a member of the Society of Radiographers, the INQUEST Lawyers Group, and she is a council member of MASIC. She was a member of the Civil Justice Council’s working group for fixed costs and gave evidence at the APPG Birth Trauma Inquiry.
