Jessica joined Irwin Mitchell in January 2020 as a solicitor in the serious injury team. She specialises in spinal cord injury and traumatic brain injury claims and got her experience as both a paralegal and following qualification at other specialist firms. She helps adults and children who have suffered life-changing injuries, in particular:
- Multiple traumas
- Complex orthopaedic injuries
- Spinal cord injuries
- Traumatic brain injuries
Jessica also represents the families of people who’ve been tragically killed in an accident. These injuries can be caused by different situations, including road traffic accidents, specifically motorbike or cycling accidents and injured pedestrians and accidents at work. She is passionate about early rehabilitation for her clients and so she looks to secure her clients interim payments where possible. She has a client centred focus and make sure that each client receives an individual service to suit their needs. This includes working with her clients to assist them with getting the appropriate rehabilitation, equipment, care and accommodation they need following their accident to help them rebuild their lives.
