Eloise Mears

Eloise is a solicitor in the catastrophic injury team at Osbornes working on cases of the utmost severity, acting for claimants who have suffered life changing injuries including brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, fatalities and other severe injuries.

Eloise joined Osbornes in 2016 as a paralegal and gained a wealth of experience dealing with complex personal injury claims. She went on to qualify as a solicitor into the catastrophic injury team where she both assists on serious injury cases and represents her own clients, running a varied case load of personal injury claims.

On behalf of her clients Eloise has a particular interest in securing early rehabilitation. She seeks to ensure her clients and their families are appropriately supported throughout their recovery by establishing effective care and therapy packages, especially where clients are suffering with the consequences of a brain injury.
