Ruth is an associate in the personal injury and clinical negligence team and has been representing clients in personal injury and clinical negligence claims since 2010.
Ruth has a wide range of experience in clinical negligence and has helped clients achieve settlement in cases involving delay in diagnosis/misdiagnosis of medical conditions, fatal accident claims, surgical errors, falls in hospital, pressure sore claims and dental claims.
She also advises on claims involving road traffic accidents and accidents at work and since 2012 has had experience representing clients in product liability group actions. Ruth has also represented clients who have suffered injury as a result of their participation in clinical trials.
