Ewan is a Senior Associate at Sintons, specialising in Brain Injury claims.
Ewan began his career in Serious Injury claims with Irwin Mitchell, joining their Serious Injury Team as a Paralegal in 2015. He qualified as a Solicitor in September 2017.
In February 2019, Ewan joined Switalskis’ specialist Brain Injury and Serious Injury team, where he worked until June 2024.
He joined Sintons in July 2024 as a Senior Associate in their Neurotrauma team.
As a Brain Injury Solicitor, Ewan helps those who have been wrongly injured to find justice and enables them to live life as independently as possible. He holds both Senior Litigator and Brain Injury accreditation under the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers’ (APIL) accreditation scheme.
Ewan was also a trustee at Headway Rotherham and served as Chair from 2020 to 2025, helping and supporting the brain-injured community in the region.
