Nikki Smith is Director of StanleySmith Case Management. She qualified as a physiotherapist in 2000 and has worked as a Clinical Case Manager alongside her clinical practice since 2008. In 2018, she co-founded StanleySmith Case Management with Heidi Stanley. Nikki oversees the organisation’s CQC registration and is an Advanced BABICM member and mentor to adult case managers.
Nikki has extensive experience supporting people with brain and spinal cord injuries, as well as their families. Through holistic assessment, she identifies, prioritises and coordinates clients’ immediate and long-term needs, with a focus on promoting independence. Her expertise also includes recruiting and managing support workers and navigating complex dynamics within care packages.
Drawing on her experience of leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating the professionals involved in her clients’ care, Nikki brings a practical, informed perspective to the delivery of high-quality Clinical Case Management
