Nikki is an experienced Case Manager, specialising in working with people who have suffered a brain or spinal cord injury to advocate for their immediate and ongoing needs.
Nikki, Director of StanleySmith Case Management, qualified as a physiotherapist in 2000 and has worked as a Clinical Case Manager alongside her clinical practice since 2008. Nikki is also an expert witness for Jacqueline Webb and Co. Alongside Heidi Stanley, Nikki established StanleySmith Case Management in 2018.
Nikki has significant experience working closely with people who have suffered a brain and/or spinal cord injury, and their families. She completes holistic assessments where she can then prioritise, manage and co-ordinate clients’ immediate and ongoing needs to promote independence. Nikki is also involved in recruiting and managing support workers, and managing complex dynamics within care packages.
Nikki’s extensive experience leading teams and overseeing professionals supporting her clients, means she can provide the highest quality Clinical Case Management to her clients.
