Sylwia Joanna Mysliwska

Sylwia Mysliwska is an attorney and Partner at Gostynski & Partners law firm. Her office coordinates the firm’s public procurement, employment law, real estate reprivatisation and compensation claims’ departments. Sylwia Mysliwska provides specialist legal services and represents individual and institutional clients during court proceedings and public administration hearings. She has managed numerous cases involving re-privatization – successfully obtaining compensation payments from the Polish National Treasury. Sylwia also devotes her unique legal skills and energy to personal injury cases applying a meticulous case management approach focused on the well-being and care of injured parties. As an expert in compensation claims, she is a member of numerous professional legal bodies with a similar focus such as PEOPIL and the American Association for Justice. Sylwia is also an active member of the Global Justice Network (GJN). In 2018, she joined the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice.

Sylwia is passionate about philanthropy and human rights with a special focus on the education and dignity of children in Africa, especially young girls. In 2015 she became a trustee and member of the board of the Saint Gabriel Home Foundation, which delivers shelter and education to vulnerable and traumatized youngsters in Tanzania. Sylwia graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University, Krakow and having successfully passed the Bar examination in 2014, is a listed Attorney of the District Bar Council in Krakow. She has a diploma in postgraduate studies in public procurement law from the Warsaw School of Economics.
