Hannah Wright brings 14 years of extensive experience in the health and social care sector. Throughout her career, she has cultivated profound expertise in brain injury, spinal cord injury, autism, learning difficulties, and mental health challenges. This rich background equips her with a comprehensive perspective on rehabilitation and care moving forward.
 
Currently employed at The Royal Buckinghamshire Hospital as a brain injury coordinator/assistant psychologist, Hannah is passionate about addressing cognitive challenges, implanting positive behaviour support strategies, and facilitating the seamless transition of complex cases into the community. Collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary team, she ensures that patients receive holistic care tailored to their needs.
 
Hannah’s role also involves working alongside neuropsychologists to conduct cognitive screenings for all patients and deliver daily therapeutic interventions, as necessary.
