Director of AI, Fletchers
Noah is Director of AI at Fletchers, he leads a growing team of skilled technical experts that are developing AI tools that will make legal processes faster and more efficient.
Since joining in August 2023, he has expanded his team to 15 members and overseen the creation of tools that help streamline tasks like medical record pagination and legal bill drafting, saving time and improving outcomes for clients.
Noah’s background is in operations and process improvement. After earning a degree in Materials Science from the University of Cambridge, he worked as an operations consultant, helping businesses improve efficiency. During this time, he worked on projects such as speeding up Covid test production and increasing the production capacity of life-saving lung cancer medication in Portugal.
Noah first worked with Fletchers as a consultant, helping improve processes in clinical negligence cases. With an impact-driven approach to improvement, several areas were identified where bespoke AI tools could be developed to deliver improved efficiency, shorter case lifetimes, and ultimately better outcomes for clients. Noah joined the team full time to develop this technology and deliver real benefits to clients and colleagues. He is proud of building a skilled team and creating tools that make a tangible difference in people’s work and lives.
