Overview

This course aims to give know-how on the key legal and tactical issues for investigating and litigating clinical negligence claims. Including the latest developments, the day will cover analysing and understanding Bolam and when it does and does not apply, the various tests for proving causation and the expert evidence required, strategic case and costs management, tactics and strategy with Part 36, ADR options and their cost consequences, practice management for clinical negligence lawyers, and future strategic issues.
