CPD
1 hour
Target audience
Any level

Artificial intelligence (AI) is everywhere at the minute but lawyers and law firms are still trying to get to grips with how this amazing tool can have a positive benefit on the work we do with our clients.

The MR himself said that failing to engage with AI could actually be negligent.  At the same time, the SRA has made some findings that should worry all partners and COLPs when AI is used incorrectly.

This webinar will take you through the pitfalls and the opportunities including:

  • Understand caselaw in relation to AI
  • Blind spots for you or your team
  • How to check in with the use in each department
  • Data protection issues
  • Ideas from LawTech firms already on the market (currently 400+)
  • How you might create your own

Learning outcomes

By understanding the caselaw around AI, you will understand how to avoid the same pitfalls.  At the same time, hearing about the potential AI products will open delegates minds to the opportunities out there and how the Human In The Loop will still apply.
