The Damages Claims Portal is an ever-evolving system and numerous changes and updates have occurred since the APIL DCP four-part series.
The Damages Claims Portal continues to cause significant problems for numerous practitioners and there are a number of common mistakes/occurrences that can cause problems for practitioners. The purpose of this session is to cover off these issues and outline how these can be fixed/mitigated.

Alex works as a Practice Development Lawyer for the Complex Personal Injury department of Irwin Mitchell LLP.
Alex is involved in the training and knowledge management of the firm along with the drafting of policy, guidance and best practice for fee-earners arising from law reforms, legislation and court judgments. He is the lead and subject matter expert within Irwin Mitchell for the new digital portals being developed and deployed by HMCTS around the Civil Courts.
