Course Overview
Running a successful personal injury claim requires far more than a solid understanding of the law. It demands the ability to identify viable cases early, ask the right questions, and avoid common pitfalls that can undermine a claim before it progresses.
In this course, Warren Collins explores the practical realities of personal injury work, combining legal principles with insights into psychology, technology, and human behaviour. The focus is on developing a strategic, real-world approach that enables practitioners to make better decisions, strengthen claims, and ultimately achieve improved outcomes for clients.
Participants will gain actionable guidance on case selection, motor insurance complexities, liability in road traffic collisions, and claims involving highway authorities. The course also introduces key psychological concepts relevant to legal practice and provides strategic tips that can be implemented immediately.
