The Independent Investigation into Maternity and Neonatal Services in England – Interim Report

What are does it say and what this means for lawyers...

Overview

This webinar provides a comprehensive examination of the interim report arising from the Baroness Amos ongoing review, with particular focus on its implications for maternity litigation. It will explore the rise in maternity claims, analyse the interim conclusions of the review, and consider how these findings intersect with practitioners’ current caseloads.

In addition, the session will examine other ongoing maternity investigations, including those that practitioners may be less familiar with but to which their clients may be contributing, and assess their collective impact on clinical negligence practice.

The webinar is designed to equip lawyers with up-to-date legal, procedural, and strategic insights to strengthen case management and client support in this evolving area.
