The Damages Claims Portal (DCP): Getting supervision with the DCP right

CPD
1 hour
Target audience
Any level

The introduction of the Damages Claims Portal (DCP) for claims going through the County Court has introduced more complexities to effectively supervising client matters.

However, if used correctly, the DCP can be a powerful tool for supervisors. The purpose of this session is to showcase how the DCP can be used effectively to assist in the supervision of work undertaken on files and oversight by supervisors of cases going through the DCP.

This session will cover:

  • General supervision issues with the DCP
  • Quick supervision wins
  • How best to use the system to improve your supervision systems

There will be an opportunity to ask questions during the session but if you have any question you wish to be covered in the session please forward these to [email protected].
