Jatinder is a Partner and head of the group illness team within the market leading international serious injury department at Irwin Mitchell LLP. He has significant experience of handling complex and high-value international serious illness and injury claims including a complex claim which is likely to be the highest valued gastric illness claim ever in the UK. 

He currently acts for a young boy who contracted E.Coli-0157 on holiday in Egypt in November 2016 and then developed a serious renal injury. The claim is currently pleaded at over £1 million and liability has recently been conceded.  This is alongside dealing with complex detailed assessment of costs and cases which have reached the Court of Appeal and some of the largest group action claims of their kind.... view full biography

Sarah undertakes high value, complex and sensitive personal injury claims of all kinds, acting both for claimants and for defendants.
