Jatinder is a Partner and head of the group illness team within the market leading international serious injury department at Irwin Mitchell LLP. He has significant experience of handling complex and high-value international serious illness and injury claims including a complex claim which is likely to be the highest valued gastric illness claim ever in the UK.
He currently acts for a young boy who contracted E.Coli-0157 on holiday in Egypt in November 2016 and then developed a serious renal injury. The claim is currently pleaded at over £1 million and liability has recently been conceded.
