The Damages Claims Portal is an ever-evolving system and numerous changes and updates have occurred since the APIL DCP four-part series. The purpose of this session is to update practitioners on the various changes that have occurred and how these have altered the usage of the DCP. We will specifically be focusing on:
- Applications
- Query Management
- Discontinuance
- Settlement
- What the future holds for court digitisation, the MyHMCTS system and High Court claims
In addition to the above the session will cover off smaller updates and quality of life changes.
