This webinar, presented by specialist Natalie Cosgrove will provide an in depth look at regulatory bodies that your clients may wish to complain to following their alleged negligence, and how that may impact on the civil claim, and how you can navigate this process, as a non regulatory lawyer. Natalie will also cover the impact this has on the civil process and your client’s themselves.
