Overview
This one-day in-person course will help you address the difficulties of representing people with injuries that might not always be visible but which can have a devastating effect on their personality and behaviours, with severe consequences for them and everyone around them. Held at Exchange Chambers in Manchester, the course provides practical guidance and insights for managing complex brain injury cases.
Many aspects will be covered during the day, including practical strategies for client interviews, rehabilitation, case management, and working with insurers and defendants. Participants will gain a clear understanding of the legal, medical, and procedural challenges specific to brain injury claims.
