"Webinars are excellent to keep up to date with current changes"

Join Brett Dixon and John McQuater for two outline webinars and a detailed day long course to introduce you to the forthcoming government online hub for dealing with whiplash injury claims and low value road traffic claims.

The introductory webinars will cover the workings of the online portal and the bespoke online court process for dealing with disputes, in relation to these claims to help you decide what you might run and what you might not.

In readiness for the system going live on 31st May 2020, a detailed full day virtual training course will be run, looking at the system and tactics.

Part one of the webinar series will cover:

  • Anticipated user guidance
  • Exit routes and risks
  • Who pays for medical evidence
  • How will valuation work
